Our customer support department generally returns inquiries within 2 business days. For the most prompt service, please contact us during our office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9.30am to 6:00pm PST, and Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm PST. How long does it take to make my dress?


You will receive your dress within 5-8  months, depending on the complexity of the design.  After we have received and confirmed your order. As soon as it leaves our facilities, we will send you a notification, which will include the name of the carrier and a tracking number. Please contact our customer support to discuss options if you would like to receive your dress in less than 3 months.

Where can I try on your dresses?
We’re glad that you asked! We have a showroom located in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Our bridal consultants can help you place your order at the showroom. Contact customer support to make an appointment today!

I need custom sizing. Is that possible?


Yes! All our dresses come with a custom sizing option. We recommend that you consult our How to Measure Video on each dress page to ensure proper measurement. We only allow one custom measurement wedding gown order per bride through the website. We suggest that you contact our customer support directly if you need help selecting the right dress size. This restriction only applies to our wedding gowns. Please keep in mind all custom size ordered wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses fall under a strict no returns, exchanges or cancellation policy.

Will my dress be ready to wear when it arrives?
It depends. Some fabrics tend to wrinkle when they're folded for shipment. Some fabrics are designed to handle this sort of treatment and snap to their stunning best right out of the box. To be safe, you should plan have the dress professionally steamed before your wedding day.

 

Will my dress look just like the photograph?
Yes, but it will be sewn to fit your body type, and the fabric type and color will differ if you've requested such alterations. The quality of the fabric and the skill put in by the seamstresses will be the same. Depending on the size, certain details might vary slightly.

Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes, we do carry plus sizes up to 30 as well as custom sizing. Please note that there may be additional charges for sizes 12 and above for the fabric and materials, such as lace and beading.

Why is dye lot important for bridesmaids dresses?
If dresses aren’t ordered within several days of each other there is a possibility of color variations due to different dye lots. Placing the order for all the bridesmaid dresses at one time is the best way to avoid potential color variation.

Does it matter if some bridesmaids order standard sizes and some order custom measurements?
No, bridesmaids can order their dresses from either Made to Order option. The main thing that matters is that the orders are sent off to the factory around the same time so that the production team can use the same dye lot.

I love a dress, but I’d like to make some adjustments to the design, like adding straps or sleeves.

Yes, we are unable to make modifications to our dress designs at a cost.

How do I know what size to order?
